Which auction software does it work with?
Auction Studio has ready templates for AuctionFlex 360 and HiBid, Proxibid AuctionBuilder, BidWrangler and K-BID, plus a universal CSV. You can rename every column and set the photo names, so it fits most platforms that import a spreadsheet and photos.
Do I need my own AI account or key?
No. AI titles, descriptions and the help assistant are included. Just sign in and start photographing.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Photos and lots save on your device and keep working offline. Photos back up to the cloud when you're online again. AI writing needs a connection.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
How do team members work?
Everyone you invite works in the same account and shares your plan's lots. Free and pay as you go include 2 people, Basic 3, Standard 6, Business 10, Business Plus 15, Enterprise 20, Enterprise Pro 25 and Enterprise Plus 30. Unlimited is set up for your team size. The owner chooses who is an admin.
How does pay as you go work?
Buy lot credits in packs. Each new lot uses one credit, at 7¢ a lot. Credits never expire, and there's no monthly fee.
How many photos can a lot have?
As many as you need. Slots 1 to 4 hold your own stock photos, and camera photos start at 5.
Can I get my photos and catalog out at any time?
Yes. Download the photos, the catalog file, or both in one ZIP, for any auction, whenever you like.
